Hello Doctor,my Father Who Is 75 Is Presently Critically Ill.

Hello doctor,my father who is 75 is presently critically ill. He is a patient of chronic bronchitis for 40 years. Off late, he has suffered stroke on the right part of his body and partially paralysed. For a few days, he seems to lose his memory and starts speaking irrelevent things. As per medical investigation his PCO2 is very high something like 126mmHg. We are very worried, plz help.
