Hello Doctors. I Had My Surgery Last January 14, 2016

Hello doctors. I had my surgery last January 14, 2016 of an alleged tumor in my right thyroid lobe. The biopsy report says in the description "Microscopic sections disclosed fibrocollagenous stroma with scattered follicles of varrying sizes. The cellular detail can not be assessed because these cells are autolyzed. Deeper sections done and revealed the same findings". While the diagnosis states; "RIGHT THYROID LOBE CONSIDER PAPILLARY CARCINOMA." What does this mean? Am I possibly having cancer in the thyroid? Please enlighten me. Thank you so much.
