Hello Doctors I Have Pulstile Headach At The Base Of
Hello doctors
I have pulstile headach at the base of my skull , associated with severe nausea and dizziness
I 've tried many medications but nothing can relieve it ..I'm complaining from this for 7 months . it may be associated with palpitation , and recently, i had pulsation or tingling sensation in my lower lip
My past medical history : migrain , IBS , kidney crystals
Drug history : im on citalopram 20 and
Libroxide
My BP and Hb are within normal range
