Hello Doctors I Was Standing When A Friends Pet Dog

I was standing when a friends pet dog wanted to play and jumped on my leg. The dog breed is boxer. He is a healthy heavy dog and i realised that something have happened to my leg as it was paining. On observing, i found a small scratch on my leg, not bleeding but watery. And i dont know whether it is from his claw or tooth. I had the tetanus within 24 hr window and vacrabies too. Should i go for complete 5 injection schedule.??
