Hello Doctors.i Am 24 Years And Since I Got Engaged

Hello doctors.i am 24 years and since I got engaged and then married my life went wŕong.i cannot manage the new responsibilities .I forget alot and dont have concentration. I eat alot when nervous and I have panic attacks and a lot of crying periods.i feel anexietoc most of the time and poor decision making. I am now pregnant and that causes extra pressure on me.i went to spychatrist and he told me that i may have mild depression and prescribed me deanxit which has alot of neurological side effects and category c in pregnancy.i am very confused and want to solve my problem pelase help me.
