Hello Dr. I Am 24 Year Male Had Unprotected Vaginal

Hello dr.
I am 24 year male had unprotected vaginal sex one time with female sex worker...i experience feaver after 7 days of exposure for 2 days, throat infection for 15 days, armpit pain,wrakness, short breath, i took test.
1. Hiv1&2 cmia at 21st day, 32nd day,45th day
2.hiv 1 RNA real time pcr at 47th day
3. Hiv Tridot and rapid teat at 91st and 97th day respectively
4.hiv 1&2 cmia after 5 month of exposure
5. Hsv, vdtl, chlymedia after 5 Month of exposure
My question is does i need more testing or stop worrying now.
Plz help me sir it is very imp..plz i am havi g some skin issues...so plz help
