Hello Dr. I Am 26 Year Old Male Since Last

Hello dr. I am 26 year old male since last week i am seeing like spider in my left eye in sunlight area . When i enter into room its disapper and when i came back to sunlight area its visible again . Not visible in evening or night only visible in sunlight area when in rotate my eye. I notice this while i diing yoga in garden. It has no pain no itching vision is clear but its irritates me. Tell me dr. How i can get rid from this and what is this and why this happen.
