Hello Dr I Just Had My Paraban Iud Removed This

Hello dr I just had my paraban iud removed this morning after 9years. I had the 10yr one
As I started driving away from clinic I felt something come out of my vagina. I pulled over to use a gas station restroom
It was blood. So I'm bleeding abd I have mild cramps. Is this normal?
