Hello Dr .. Iam 26 Years Old M .. I

Hello dr .. Iam 26 years old M .. I have been diagnosed with a fatty liver 5 years ago .. My sgpt and sgot and ggt tests are always higher by 2 and 3 times than normal Average .. My last test was 2 weeks ago : sgpt 150 - sgot 80 and - ggt 117 .. Plz note that 8 months ago i had a Cholecystectomy Gallstone Removal Surgery my sgpt was 117 - sgot 80 - ggt 71 .. And the ecography i had before the surgery showed that i have moderate to severe fatty lever .. Do i have liver cirrhosis ?? If not how much time do it need to get cirrhosis ?? Anything to get concern about for now ? Or should i only try to reduce fats ?
