Hello Dr Abby, This Will Br Long But PLEASE Respond!

Hello dr abby, this will br long but PLEASE respond! i am desperate for some non biased advice . I fractured my 11th rib (backside) on the right side of my body back in april of 2015. It took 6 months of non stop pain to get my PCP to run a ctscan. Thr scan showed it was healed deformed and open/misaligned. They suggested rib fixation surgery (internal fixation and reduction of fractured rib ) where a titinium plate along with 8 screws were drilled into my 11th rib on both sides of the break to stabilizing it. Around a month post surgery the pain returbed and bow would shot aroubd my side out the front of my right side around the area where the break was. About two weeks from that point and the physical appearance changed for the worse . The incision itself went concave (painful) , a red "fishhook" shaped mark appeared coming off the bottom of the inscison and and a splotchy red spider web pattern like rash appeared under my skin covering the entire right side of my back. I went the er . Their diagnosis was a cellulitis infection. I was put on heavy antibiotics. My super also felt the appearance if ny back was die to a titanium allergy and decided the plate had to be removed. I had surgery for the removal on june 10th 2016. A month and half in the same exact thing has happened worse the before. The pain is worse , the appearance is back to how it was pre opt (the removal) inky its more concaved& more red. My surgeon is at a loss he says he has "never seen that before" any ideas , educated guesses or advice is GREATLY appreciated.
