Hello Dr, I Have Also For Quite Some Time Now

Hello dr, i have also for quite some time now having hotness of the feets and hands most especially at night even when i am not stressed up, i have consulted doctors but no luck yet, it wakes me up sometimes while sleeping because of how unconfortable it gets.
