Hello Dr There Was A Injury Due To Accident 1

Hello dr there was a injury due to accident 1 month ago had an x Ray of legs dere was muscle tear and patient was on antibiotics nd pain killers .wen the medicines discontinued felt some pain and swelling on walking so had an X-ray on feet,there was fracture and little bone deformity seen.what should we do now
