Hello, Earlier Today I Held My Pee In For Quite

Hello, earlier today i held my pee in for quite a while when i finally made it to the bathroom it really hurt to pee, it all felt normal after but then a few hour later i went to pee again and i got a sharp stinging feeling and at the end a few drops of blood!
What would the issue be? Will it heal on its own or what do you think happened? Thank you
