Hello, Earlier Tonight At Work I Had An Allergic Reaction

Hello, earlier tonight at work I had an allergic reaction but I don't know what caused it. My eyes puffed up, my sinuses felt swollen, even one side of the back of my throats looked a little swollen and I was red and itchy all over. It started with me feeling sick to my stomach and dizzy. I took two Benadryl about an hour into the issue and was sent home from work. Right now my neck and throat hurt and I am still a little itchy and my eyelids are still swollen a little. I'm wondering if a trip to the ER is worth it or am I okay to not go?
