Hello, First Of All Thank You For Taking The Time

Hello, first of all thank you for taking the time to answer my question. I am a 25yo female, 5"8 230lbs. Yesterday my pulse shot up and I was hoping it would slow down overnight, but Its the same today. I just measured my pulse, its 91bpm. I dont have any other symptoms and this has never happened to me before, ive never had any problems. I do have diarrhea as of last night but I dont think I am dehydrated. Any insight ?
