Hello, For 2 Weeks I Have Had Blue Mottled Legs

Hello, for 2 weeks I have had blue mottled legs and red spots and rashes on them,swelling of knees which go blue, a few months ago my legs where aching so much, then last night my face went all bright red like I do with sunburn andhead very hot making my eyes feel strange
