Hello, For A Couple Years Now I Have Experienced Lightheadness

Hello, for a couple years now I have experienced lightheadness and pressure on my head when lying on my stomach with my elbows prompted up (almost like s yoga position). I have always noticed this since I can remember but never looked further into it until recently when I have been having periods of headaches and lightheadness/offbalance throughout my day.

Does this sound like something I should be more concerned about or possibly just postural?
