Hello For A Long Time I've Been Having Nosebleeds Only

Hello for a long time I've been having nosebleeds only from my right side. At the beggining wouldn't bleed much but now it bleeds even longer. A few days ago I had a bloodshot eye, the right one to be exact only on the inside part of the eye. I also have some dizziness and I feel as if my head is really heavy at times. Do you have an idea what can it be? Thank you
