Hello, For A While Now I've Been Getting Yeast Infections

Hello, for a while now I've been getting yeast infections right after my period. But this time it's a little weird. My vagina doesnt itch it just has this annoying white film and like a irritated dry feeling. I went to pee and when I wiped there was blood. Any explanation or what I should do?
