Hello, For About Four Years Now I Have Been Experiencing

Hello, for about four years now I have been experiencing painful bumps on my scalp filled with puss and white fluid, almost like a zit. The bumps are painful and continue to be painful until they are popped. In fact if I wait too long, the bump pops just upon touch. Some mornings I have even woken up to blood spots on my pillow because the bumps pop in my sleep. I do use hair style products.
