Hello For Almost A Year Now I Have Noticed That

Hello for almost a year now I have noticed that my scalp has been VERY itchy. And because of this delma my hair length has reduced. Also, last week I was cleaning out the garage with my parents and it was very dusty I have Benn experiencing itchy eyes and nose for the past week please help I am 13 years of age.
