Hello, For Awhile Now I’ve Been Experiencing These Weird Sensations/symptoms.

Hello, for awhile now I’ve been experiencing these weird sensations/symptoms. Fluttering in my left ear, tinnitus in both ears, headaches on left side of head, left sinus sounds like it’s cracking at times and have this weird drainage feeling, left side of my neck gets achy, left hand feels swollen sometimes and I need to shake it, I get this flushes that feel sort of like an adrenaline rush and am also very fatigued. Some other symptoms that I’m not sure if they are related: scalp tenderness, I urinate often, stumble over my thoughts/words, brain fog, etc. I’ve probably been experiencing most of this for about 1.5 - 2 years now. I’ve seen a doctor and had an mri of my brain and all is good. My blood work is fine , my urine samples are fine. What could be wrong with me?
