Hello, For The Last Couple Months, I Have Had A

Hello, for the last couple months, I have had a very strong vaginal odor 24/7. I have good personal hygiene, am not pregnant, have had a partial hysterectomy 7 years ago (my Dr thinks I may be starting menopause soon). It's so embarrassing. It's not a fishy smell at all. I have had BV in the past and the occasional bladder/yeast infection, but this is all new. No itching, no burning, no painful urination, but my urine is very cloudy. Could this be a sign of dehydration? I am not a water drinker by any means. I know I need to be. I am on quite a few medications though. Zoloft (being tapered down) while I start and gradually begin Paxil. Welbutrin, xanax, Lyrica, something for migraine prevention but I can't remember the name, trazadone. Do any of these medications cause any of my symptoms? Or the lack of water? I recently had a urine sample and blood test done for some other issues and no urine infection and tests came back normal. Help!
