Hello, For The Past 3 Days I've Had Pain In

Hello, for the past 3 days I've had pain in my LLQ that comes and goes, sometimes sharp, sometimes dull, sharper with BM. I've also had general cramping all over my abdomen during this same time. On the onset I had a bloated abdomen, took OTC laxative which helped with bloating. The pain has decreased a bit but remains more local on the left side, and I continue to have abdominal cramping. I don't see signs of a hernia.
