Hello, for the past 36 hours I have had what I think is the flu/ rather bad cold, very sore throat, painful/achy glands in the neck. Excruciating head ache etc but also i am producing large amounts of saliva which feels like every 10 seconds for past 8 hours during the night.. What does this mean?
