Hello For The Past Few Days I Haven't Been Able

Hello for the past few days I haven't been able to drink or eat anything properly as it feel like something sharp sliding down my throat I looked inside my mouth in a mirror and couldn't see nothing but on the back of my tongue theirs a gash which has spots on it and when I move my tongue it's very sensitive. What is this?
