Hello, For The Past Month Or So I Have Noticed

Hello, for the past month or so I have noticed a puffy spot on the outside of my right knee. It doesn't hurt, has gone away but returned immediately after I had a Thai massage. My legs were extremely tight that day and the masseuse put a lot of pressure on them in attempt to make the tension give in. that I was practicing Bikram yoga nearly daily in attempt to correct alignment/form as well as build muscle, but I stopped for a couple weeks. I am also a waitress for now and get around on foot in combo with public transportation. With all the recent and drastic changes (returning to an active life after an old arm injury that incurred a lot of atrophy) I understand and almost expect things of this nature to crop up as I reactivate everything that shut down or weakened post injury, and I'm pretty body conscious, have gained understanding of my anatomy exploring it through yoga for over ten years and am extremely cautious to not hurt myself. However the fact it returned right after a thai massage makes me nervous because the force was external instead of generated by me like in yoga. As I said this puffy spot in my knee does not hurt, but I am concerned. Should I go to the doctor?
