Hello For The Past Two Weeks I Have Had The

Hello for the past two weeks I have had the discomfort of all day stickiness on my scrotum and testicles. It constantly feels like I have to separate them from my leg. Gold bond kinda works, but I usually feel somewhat itchy or prickly feeling down there. It's been like this since I shaved my public area. Do you know what this is?
