Hello, From Time To Time I Experience A Really Slow

Hello, from time to time I experience a really slow noticeable beat of my heart and kind of a empty feeling in my chest at random times as well as really sharp pains in my chest around my heart area when I take a deep breath in from time to time. Nothing usually seems to trigger these feelings and they happen at random times. I'm only 23 however my dad has a heart problem that he takes medicine for. I'm very active, lift, run, and do all kinds of things and don't always notice it. It more or so happens when I'm in a static relaxed state. If you could give me some insight that would be great. Thank you
