Hello, Had Anal Tag Removal Surgery 7 Days Ago. First

Hello, had anal tag removal surgery 7 days ago. First few days bowel movements were horrible. I think another tag has developed. I'm hoping it's just swollen and will go down. What can I do in the case that another tag has developed? I can not have another surgery, I'll already will be missing two weeks of work.
