Hello Have The Mirena IUD. I Have Been Having Pretty

Hello have the mirena IUD. I have been having pretty normal cycle but within the last 2 days i have noticed i have been producing breastmilk? I have been on xanax for a couple weeks now for anxiety i looked into that to see if that could be causing it but never found any results stating that it could be that medication. Could i be pregnant with the IUD in place? my period should have been here already this month and is not
