Hello How Can I Heal Quickly My Ruptered ACL, Torn

Hello how can I heal quickly my ruptered ACL, torn LCL and torn Mcl without surgery? I do not beleive in physiotherapy either although I have started it already and I am scheduled for a surgery in two months but I would like to go the natural way. Any suggestion?
