Hello I Am 17yrs Old, Almost 18 And On The

Hello i am 17yrs old, almost 18 and on the 8th Feb this year i had the conreceptive implant from my local doctors. I came on my first period after having the implant on the 24th Feb and i had my period until 5th March. I then came on AGAIN on the 14th March and I havent been off since. I am getting concerned whether this is normal or if i should make a appointment to get it removed?
