Hello I Am 19, Male, And Experiencing Weird Problems With

Hello i am 19, male, and experiencing weird problems with my body. Yesterday i felt stomach acid scorching my esophagus, and in the past 18 hours i have been feeling pangs in my heart area. I am now experiencing difficulty with air intake and my chest feels like it is squeezing. I searched on the internet and saw that heart attacks are not very painful, and it is causing panic. I do not know if i have had a long term problem or if this is just in the now.
