Hello I Am 23 Years Old And From Last 1

Hello i am 23 years old and from last 1 or 2 years i am seeing that my belly button is swollen i thought its normal but from last 3 or 4 months sometimes i get blood in my bowel movement and its getting diffcult for the bowel movement i started searching regarding this on google i found that this are the signs of hernia and i want to know how worst is this hernia is how can i overcome this ...... Please let me know thanks
