Hello, I Am 3 Months From Delivery Date & Unfortunately

Hello, i am 3 months from delivery date & unfortunately have used my own narcotic prescription medications (prescribed before pregnancy) and am worried that the cord blood will show positive. I've used benzodiazepines, hydrocodone and THC but stopped using THC one month ago. Will 90 days be long enough to present a negative test result for narcotics via cord blood? I'm very concerned about this as I know I've made mistakes but am rectifying them.
