Hello, i am 32 years old. i just got a result of ultrasound scan and it reads thus: 'the uterus is lobulated measuring 8.5 by 6.4 cm. Multiple oval shape heterogenous masses are seen in the anterior and posterior myometrium with varying sizes. Largest of them which is seen in the anterior myometrium close to the fundus measures 3.0 x 2.9 cm. the midline endometrial plate echo is intact. both adnexae and the pouch of Douglas are free.'
My question is can i get pregnant? i have lower back pains and cramps on my right leg, no heavy menstrual flow. what best treatment can be adopted? i will be discussing with my gyn expert in three days.?
