Hello I Am 38 Weeks Pregnant. I Am Positive For

Hello i am 38 weeks pregnant. I am positive for gbs, but i have noticed that i have fleshy growths from my anus to the bottom of my vagina. My doctor has been checking me down there for the past 2 weeks and dont ask me any questions about the growths. About 3 weeks ago she took a culture cause i was concerned about the discharge. But she told me everything was ok. I have never haf this before and im worried that it could be something i pass to my baby.
