Hello, i am a 34 year old female, asian. I was trying to get pregnant December 2018 when we found out my ALT is 77, AST within range. My OBGYN not concerned that time until it further elevate to 100 march 2018 this time AST elevated as well. I start to have abdominal discomfort. I consulted to a GI md. Abdominal UTZ suggestive of fatty liver. May 2018 my ALT level is 74 AST within range after diet modification. But still feeling pain on RUQ, daily but intermittent. Here are some other pertinent information...

I have PCOS
I used to drink alcohol
I was involved to a car crash 12/26/2018 no injury but I got hurt/blunt trauma On chest by airbag
I used to take pain meds for a while because of this
