Hello, i am a 38 years old and diagnos with globular antiverted uterus with sonologic features suggestive of an Adenomyosis. Ovarian new growth, left as described with sassone score of 6. Tubulocystic structure, left adnexa as described suggestive of a pyosalpinx vs hematosalpinx. Do i have a chance to got pregnant. Please adviced me on what am o going to do. Thankyou.
