Hello, i am a post cancer patient. i have been cancer-free for 6 years now, the only medication I am currently on is hctz 12.5mg. today I received a letter from Walgreens saying that My medication was on recall because I was taking the wrong Medication which was Spironolactone 25mg intead of Hctz 12.5. I took it for at least 3 months. Should i be concerned about any adverse reations & should I report to my doctor?
