Hello I Am Currently Experiencing Some Back Pain On My

Hello i am currently experiencing some back pain on my left side of my back it feels like its my ribs. It only kind of hurts when i am not moving but then if I move it gets worse, or if I take a really really deep breathe it hurts. I dont know if I just threw out a part of my back or if its something more serious.
