Hello, I Am Currently On 100mg Of Zoloft A Day

Hello, i am currently on 100mg of zoloft a day and 150mg of wellbutrin. Due to insurance i have not taken my wellbutrin in a few days and am currently in withdrawl. I want to continue my wellbutrin, but stop my zoloft and regain my libido and lose my insomnia. What can i take to replace my zoloft (hopefully without withdrawl) and have these two issues taken care of.
