Hello I Am Going To The Gynecologist For The First

Hello i am going to the gynecologist for the first time in the morning. I had to fill out some papers asking if I had sex, how many times etc. I did not want my mom to find out I am not a virgin so I put down that I never had sex. Is it okay if i tell the gynecologist in person that I did have sex and the reason I said I didnt was because I dont want my parents finding out? Will they found out is I say anything?
