Hello I Am Having A Query Regarding Itching On The

Hello i am having a query regarding itching on the top of the head of my penis. It is absolutely normal otherwise but after masturbation or sometimes after urine, i start feeping itchy, also i would lik to add that this happens only when i am at my old house,it is most of the times not occupied and not cleaned, is this happening due to the dirt in the house nd because of me being bit unhygienic before handling it for things? What should i try to avoid this itching? This gets normal in 2-3 days, many times if it gets irresistible, i apply coconut oil all over the inner skin and that slows down itching.
