Hello I Am Marride Since 14/02/2014 And Now I Want

Hello i am marride since 14/02/2014 and now i want conciev but i can't. I went to doctor for that she suggested me for test TSH and prolectin.my prolectin levels was high that time result was 95.00 but ( after marriage 4 month) and march 2015 i went to doctor again she said for test again. ( TSH and digital x- ray.she gave me some madicin and report was normal but my periods are irragular and i live in village area so i can' t go to my doctor. So pleas give me suggestion that how i can took concieve naturally.
