Hello, i am under anti-retroviral treatment and i have been stressed of late, now i have lost weight, i try to eat a balanced diet but its not helping and i fear i do not have enough blood since i a always tired and when i check my palm it is white, how can i help myself quickly, it is killing my confidence now, yersterday i had a freand asking if i a ok, yet she does not know of my condition.
