Hello I Am Useing Fluorouracil For My Face My Doctor

Hello i am useing fluorouracil for my face my doctor said to use it for one week.as soon as i stoped my face started getting red scaley ,somewhat swollen and iratated.they said its normal but how long does it last i stoped useing the medican like 2 to 3 days agio as soon as i stoped useing it all this came out ,i was just wondering how long till my face looks normal again ,thank you
