Hello, I Been Using Summers Eve Simply Sensetive Vaginal Wash

Hello, i been using summers eve simply sensetive vaginal wash and was just wondering is it safe? It says its ph balanced but heard that someone's gyno recomeneded not to because it throws the ph off .. So confusing, and have also read claims that it gives yeast infections. Im 16.
