Hello I Feel Like I Had A Ejaculatory Duct Obstrustiob

Hello i feel like i had a ejaculatory duct obstrustiob yesterday because upon ejaculation i would feel like somthing was wrong in my scrotom and have a pain similar to having blue balls at time of ejaculation and would only have clear ejaculation with no sperm. I iced my testies yeterday and they seem to feel better and my ejaculations are more normal now but i feel my tubes as one clump behiend my testes and i am wondering if they are possibly twisted together and if i need to see a doctor. Thanks!
